Deborah Jane Bagley
1957-2023
Surrounded by her loving family, the passing of Deborah Jane
Bagley, life partner of Richard “Barry” McDowell of
Pennfield, occurred at the Charlotte County Hospital, St. Stephen NB
on June 10, 2023. She was born at Blacks Harbour NB on September 2,
1957, to the late Earl Hardy “Pete” and Velma Deloris
(Moses) Bagley. Besides her partner Debbie is survived by her son Erik
Bagley of Grand Prairie AB; grandsons: Riley and Liam; sisters: Dawn
(Allan) Eldridge of St. George NB, Diane (Ron) Palk of Beaver Harbour
NB, Daphne Thorne of Beaver Harbour NB, Denise (Giles) Aucoin of
Pennfield NB and Dolores (Garth) Borthwick of Pennfield NB; good
friends: Kara Golding and Yvonne Richard-Llyod and several cousins,
nieces, and nephews.
Debbie worked for many years at the Can Shop, after which she
became a homemaker and an amazing one at that. Our jack of all trades,
master of many. No matter what she touched from food to plants to
animals, it was with pure, simple love, with a touch of this or that,
make it beautiful just like her. Forever in our hearts, always on our
minds.
Arrangements in the care of the St. George Funeral Home
(506-755-3533) 26 Portage Street, St. George NB. A celebration of
Debbie’s life will be held from the St. George Funeral Home
Chapel on Thursday, June 15, 2023 at 2:00 PM. In Debbie’s
memory, donations to Charlotte County Cancer would be appreciated by
the family.
