Debbie Barnes of Sarnia passed away the morning of January 1st, 2023 at the Bluewater Health hospital at the age of 54 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her brother Rick Barnes of Bayfield, sister Barbara (Paul) van der Voort of Red Deer Alberta, and her nieces and nephews Rob Barnes, Brett van der Voort, Cori (David) Bennett and Nichole Barnes. Debbie will also be missed by her dearest friend and companion Isobel Niddrie. Predeceased by her parents Canon Walter Barnes (2009), Marylen Barnes (2017), and her bothers Peter Barnes and Winston (Wayne) Barnes. If desired and in lieu of flowers a memorial donation can be made to the Family Counselling Center Sarnia www.familycounsellingctr.com or the Canadian Diabetes Association www.diabetes.ca . A celebration of life/memorial service and interment at Lakeview Cemetery will be announced for late spring. Arrangements entrusted to the D. J. Robb Funeral Home & Cremation Centre (102 N.
