Passed away unexpectedly at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville on May 21, 2023 in his 67th year.
David worked for the Municipality of Clarington primarily as a Facilities Operator at the Darlington Sports Centre and Garnet B. Rickard Complex with additional summer assignments. He retired in 2017 after 40 years of service.
David is predeceased by his father Harold, mother Joyce, and brother Richard. He is survived by his siblings Brenda, Joanne (Lawrence), Linda (Harold), Lawrence, and Alan (Darlene).
A memorial visitation will take place on Friday, June 2, at Morris Funeral Chapel(4 Division St., Bowmanville) from 11 AM to 1 PM, followed by a celebration of David’s life in the chapel at 1 PM. If desired, memorial donations to either the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Canadian Cancer Society are greatly appreciated.
