Clarence John Tschantz
Passed away peacefully at the Orillia Soldier’s Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, January 17, 2023, he was in his 89th year. Beloved husband of Alita Tschantz (nee Eder). Cherished father of Darla Smallwood and Vince Tschantz. Proud grandfather of Trel Smallwood and Trevor Smallwood both of Keswick, ON. Son of Virgil and Zina Tschantz. Sadly missed by his siblings Clara and Clifford of Oregon. Clarence will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
Family will receive friends at Opatovsky Funeral Home -Dempster Chapel 210 Ontario St. Burks Falls on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 from 1-3 pm & 6-8 pm. Funeral service will be held at Church of the Holy Spirit Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at 11:00 am followed by cremation.
If desired, donations to the Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada would be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
