DAVID, CHRISTOPHER – It is with a heavy heart, that we announce the passing of Christopher L. David, at home, surrounded by his family on Sunday, April 9th, 2023 in his 46th year. Chris was pre-deceased by his mother, Dawn Batson. Survived by his father Ron (Kathy) David of Brockville, Ont. Chris leaves behind his loving spouse, Sylvia Brooks. Survived by his two loving sisters, Marcie & Mary David. Chris also leaves behind his beloved children; Jonathan Bradshaw, Trinity David, Starr David, Kole Raso-David & Owen Raso-David. Step-father to Nathan French. Loving uncle to Kaitlin David, Jesse Lindsay, AJ & Dominik Brooks. Dear son-in-law to Steve and Karen Brooks, great uncle to Jacob David. Beloved nephew to Jamie & Tammy Lyon. Chris will be dearly missed by his many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. A special thanks to his best friend, Todd Law for all of the help and being there in his time of need and to his lifelong friend, Bill Arsenault. No measure of time with Chris would have ever been long enough. He has left a huge hole in all of our hearts. We take comfort in knowing there is no more pain or suffering. He has gained his wings and has now reunited with his mother. “There are some who bring a light so great to the world that even after they have gone, the light remains.” – unknown. “Goodnight, I love you.” Visitation will be held at Rushnell Funeral Homes – Belleville (John R. Bush), 80 Highland Ave., Belleville (613-968-5588) on Sunday, April 23rd, 2023 from 2-4 p.m. Cremation has taken place.
