Obituary of Cecile Marjorie Porter (Zaharchuk)
Big-hearted and stubbornly independent is how her daughter Tracy and her first grandson Tyler and many others, would describe Cecile.
Cecile is survived by her four children Ken (Gaida), Wayne (Laura), Tracy (David) and Kevin (Crystal); grandchildren Tyler (Jessica), Charlotte, Benjamin, Cayden, Chloe and Sophia; great grandson Ares; sister Nadia; brothers Tommy and Wally; and many nieces and nephews. Cecile also leaves behind her close friends Bonnie and Beatrice.
Cecile is predeceased by her parents Martin and Bernice Zaharchuk of Brandon; and many brothers and sisters across the country.
Cecile passed away peacefully at home on August 2, 2023.
