Carole Lynn Scharf
Peacefully at Brockville General Hospital on Tuesday May 23rd 2023 Carole Scharf (nee McCormick) of Russell, in her 80th year. Beloved wife of the late Tommy Scharf. Loving mother of Randy Scharf (Bonnie) of Casselman. Stepmother of Bruce Scharf (Tina) of Ottawa. Grandmother of Krystal Fisher (Shawn), Kayla Bernier (Marc), Kelsey Scharf and great-grandmother of Leighton, Wyatt, Chet, Aislyn, Emric, Mack, and Melody. Dear sister of Keith McCormick (Wendy) of Spencerville. Dear friend of Marcella Woods of Russell. She was predeceased by her parents Willard and Edna McCormick (nee Warren), her son Gregory “Corky” Scharf and her brother Don McCormick (Shirley). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Funeral Arrangements
A Celebration of Carole’s life will be held at a later date. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
