Carole Anna Frost of Port Maitland went to be with her Lord on January 5,2023 at the age of 85. Born in Beaver River, Digby Co., April 6,1937 she was the youngest of ten children born to the late Chester and Hope (Height) Frost. Carole was a faithful member of the Bayview United Baptist Church, Port Maitland. She was a lifetime member of the women’s missionary society. She enjoyed all music, playing the piano, ukulele and singing. She was a member of the church choir for many years and loved singing solos. She especially loved cats, baking and cooking for her family. She is survived by her sisters, Althea Churchill, Yarmouth; Fay Nestor, Dayton; as well as several nieces and nephews who meant the world to her. Aside from her parents she was predeceased by her siblings, Lyla Perry; Leta Outhouse; Helena Tidd; Kathleen Conrad; Clyde Frost; Kingsley Frost; and Roy Frost. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Sweeny’s Funeral Home and Crematorium, Yarmouth. A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, January 11,2023 at 2pm from the Bayview United Baptist Church, Port Maitland. Rev. Joyce Trask officiating. A reception will follow the service in the church vestry with interment to follow in the Port Maitland/ Beaver River Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Bayview United Baptist Church, Camp Peniel, or the Tri County VON. Online condolences can be made at www.sweenysfuneralhome.net
