Patricia Stagg

It is with great sorrow that we announce the unexpected passing of Patricia Lynn Stagg, age 47. She passed away in her sleep while travelling back from a wonderful holiday visiting her beloved Aunt Audrey in Goose bay Labrador, and friends in her home town of Labrador city, Nl. Patricia loved road trips, especially with great company and her last adventure was filled with laughter and many special memories.
Patricia was born on April 23rd, 1976 at the Captain William Jackman Memorial Hospital in Labrador City. She graduated from Labrador City Collegiate in 1994. She and her family moved to Iqaluit Nunavut in mid- 2000 with a transfer with the Northmart Company. The move would prove to offer a number of opportunities for her and her young family. She pursued a variety of employment positions, including working with an early childcare facility, and the local CIBC bank but was most proud of her work as an office manager for Lester Landau accounting firm.
What was most important to her, was spending time with the people she loved. Whether it was going for a drive for coffee, watching a movie together, or helping to plan to get everyone together! She had a special bond with her daughter Terra, her aunt Audrey, and her sister Pam. She has maintained life long friendships with her best friend Tanya and many, many others. She made a special effort to connect with people to let them know she was thinking of them often by sending messages, via text, messenger, or videos.
She loved to make moments special. She had a love of all things festive, but had a particular love of Halloween and Christmas, she loved a white frosty Christmas so much and filling life with sparkles.
Patricia is survived by her children: Terra Stagg, Channey Lavallee (Rayanne), Her parents Glenn and Phyllis Stagg, her sister Pamela Stagg (Ryan Young), and her Grand-kitties, Celica, and Oreo. Left behind to grieve are her Great Aunt Chrissy Fulford, her Aunts and Uncles: Dennis Fulford, Vince Fulford (Pam), David Fulford (Diane), Gerard Fulford (Geraldine), Lawrence Fulford, Robert Fulford (Diana), Loretta McCrudden (Ken), Audrey Stagg, Gail Hakes, Gary Stagg (Grace), and Leon Stagg as well as many cherished cousins and extended family. She is predeceased by her Grand Parents: Aubrey and Laura Stagg (Tippett), Vince and Irene Fulford (Leonard), Her precious and cherished pets: Flurry, Nia, and Moose.
Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Caul’s Funeral Home, 84 LeMarchant Road, on Saturday, December 16, from 2-4pm and 7-9pm.
In lieu of flowers the family kindly request donations to the Diabetes Research Institute Foundation of Canada.
