Passed peacefully away at St. Clares Hospital with her family by her side at the age of 80.
Predeceased by her husband Jerome, her mother, Mary Roy, her sister, Joan Schwartz, her brother, Clifford Roy and her beloved dog Layla.
Leaving to mourn her two sons Paul and his wife Yvonne, Wayne, her daughter, Danielle Lea and her husband Odd. Her sister, and best friend, Lorraine Hennessey, and her husband John, her sister Barbara Pitt and her husband Brian. Her two grandsons who she dearly loved. Stephen Parsley (Ashley), Brandon Parsley (Lacey). Her great grandchildren Jade, Jacob, Sophia, River and Reign. Jade and Jacob’s little sister Josie and their mom Katie Whalen (Ryan). Also leaving to mourn several nephews and nieces and a large circle of family and friends, including special life long friends, Lillian Barfoot, Laura Joseph, Ron Taylor, Janet Duke and Jim Power.
To know Jeannette was to love her. She was kind, thoughtful and generous beyond her means. Jeannette’s happiest days were when her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren along with her sister Lorraine and John visited. No matter how loud or messy things got, she always had a smile on her face when they were around. She spent most of her time gathering hugs and kisses and reminding everyone how much she loved them.
Jeannette’s love for her family and friends was unwavering and we know her memory will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to know her. We will love her forever and we will miss her for always.
At Jeannette’s request, cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or service. Donations in memory of Jeannette can be made to a charity of one’s choice.
