Gerald “Gerry” Francis Yetman
July 5, 1960 – June 21, 2024
It is with broken hearts and great sadness we announce the passing of our father Gerry. After a long courageous battle with cancer he passed away peacefully on June 21 with his two loving daughters by his side. Predeceased by his grandparents Patrick and Anne Dunn, Bernard and Gertrude Yetman and his parents Gerald and Alice Yetman.
Leaving to mourn his two daughters, Eileen (Robert), Danielle (Lorne), his grandchildren (Logan, Leah, Abigail and Mathias) from Ontario who he got to spend some time with before his passing, which was so special for him. Brothers, Mike, Barry, Rick, Sisters, Christine and Anne-Marie (Glen). Also leaving to mourn nieces, nephews, and some very special lifelong friends.
Gerry was a strong man with solid morals and respect. He has left many of us with great memories that we truly cherish forever.
He fought so hard until the very end. He was a true hero.
Very special thanks to the Pallative team at the Miller Center for their wonderful care and compassion throughout the past 7 months, especially in his final days.
Visitation will take place at Caul’s Funeral Home, 84 LeMarchant Road, on Thursday, June 27, from 12-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral service will take place on Friday, June 28, 2024 at 11:00am.
Celebration of Life to follow at the Plaza Bowl Friday June 28 at 2:00PM.
