It is with great sadness that the Genge family announce the passing of Mrs. Vivian Genge of Anchor Point on January 29, 2024 at the age of 93 years.
She will be greatly missed by her Daughters: Hazareth, Amelia (Jake); Son: Trevor (Fiona); Grandchildren: Jacob (Nadine), Ian (Shawna), Marty (Nicole), Angela (Shannon); Great-Grandchildren: Madison, Nathan, Brayden, Ella, Evan; Sister: Irene Chambers, as well as a large circle of family and friends.
Vivian is predeceased by her Husband: Kirby Genge; Parents: Jacob and Blanche Gould; Sisters: Josie, Amelia, Shirley, Alma, Jane, Mary Ann, Hilda; Brothers: Roland and Earl.
The family would like to send a special thank you to the staff of the Ivy Durley Place in Flowers and the John M. Gray Center in St. Anthony for the thoughtful and gentle care of our Mother, God bless you all.
Visitation will take place from St. Matthews Anglican Church in Anchor Point beginning the evening of Wednesday, January 31, 2024. The family service will take place on Thursday, February 1, 2024 at 7:00 pm to be followed by the funeral on Friday, February 2, 2024 at 3:00 pm with Rev. Canon Vernon Short officiating. Interment to follow.
