It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Roberta Mary Power of Marystown, NL announces her passing. Roberta passed away in Marystown, on January 22, 2024 at the age of 66.
Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of wonderful memories are her grandchildren, Adam Idi and Fahdil Idi; siblings: Yvonne Jones, Leona Mullett (Pad), Janet Mullett (Brendan), Eric Power (Janet), and Linda Power (Jerome); sisters-in-law, Sharoll Dober (Brendan) and Clara Power; special friend, Bertie Barry, and a large circle of extended family and friends.
In addition to her parents Robert and Marie, Roberta was predeceased by her daughter, Jaime Power; brothers, Harry and Phil Power; sister, Adele Power; sister-in-law, Karen Power; brother-in-law, Henry Collins; and special niece, Robin Coady.
In keeping with Roberta’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
The Power Family will be accepting visitors at Peninsula Funeral Home (4 Markland Rd Creston South, NL A0E 1K0) on Friday, January 26, 2024 from:
10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
2:00PM to 4:00 PM
7:00PM to 9:00 PM
A funeral service will take place at Peninsula Funeral Home on Saturday, January 27, 2024 at 11:00 AM with inurnment to follow at St. John Bosco Catholic Cemetery in Spanish Room.
In Roberta’s memory donations may be made to Children’s Wish. Flowers are also gratefully accepted.
