Passed away on Monday, November 4, 2024, at the James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander, NL, Mrs. Maxine Freake, age 81 years.
She was predeceased by her husband, Arthur; parents, William and Una Turner; sister, Ada.
Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are her children, Craig ( Marg), Madge (Tony), Berkley (Dara), Hayley (Trevor); grandchildren, Joshua (Serena), Andrew ( Kim), Kylie, Ehren, Bradyn, Madelyn, Julian, Charlotte; great- grandchildren, Jax, Taelynn, Alexis, Gabriel, Willow and a large circle of family and friends.
Visitation will take place from the United Church, Norris Arm North, NL, on Wednesday, November 6, 2024 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm.
Funeral service will take place from the United Church, Norris Arm North, NL on Thursday, November 7, 2024 at 2pm. Interment will follow at the United Church Cemetery, Norris Arm North, NL.
As expressions of sympathy flowers or donations can be made to the S.P.C.A will be gratefully accepted.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home, 262 Main Street, Lewisporte, NL.
