Reginald Claude Bond
With broken hearts we announce the passing of our beloved father, Reginald Claude Bond, of Belleoram on September 20th, 2024 at the age of 87.
Leaving to mourn his loving family: Claudine at Houston, TX, David (Bernadette) at St. John’s, NL, Wade (Dana) at Whitecourt, AB, Rose Ann (Michael) at Middle Sackville, NS and Linda (Dale) at Pool’s Cove, NL; grandchildren, Kayla, Selena, Brittany, Sherri, Tamara, Nicholas, Matthew, Alex and Jakob; great grandchildren, Gregory, Amelia, Hayden, Alexis, Audrey, Hudson, Anderson, Leo, Colette and Romey; as well as other relatives and a large circle of friends.
Claude was predeceased by his wife, Selina; sisters, Norma and Dorothy; and long-time companion, Lorraine.
Claude was always seen driving around the town and stopping to have a chat or tell a story. He always looked forward to the weekly card games and community socials. He was also well known for his grin and never-ending tormenting—no one was exempt. He will be dearly missed by all.
Visitations will take place on Monday, September 23 and Tuesday, September 24 at St. Lawrence Anglican Church, Belleoram.
Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, September 25th, 2024 at 1:00pm at St. Lawrence Anglican Church at Belleoram with Rev. Tryphena Vallis officiating. Interment will follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Belleoram.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Lawrence Anglican Church at Belleoram.
