Obituary
It is with very heavy hearts that the families announce the sudden passing of our dad, Howard David Noel, at the Bonne Bay Health Centre, in Norris Pt, NL, on Sunday, January 28th, 2024, at the age of 81 years.
He leaves to mourn his 3 children; David (Lola), Marjorie, and John (Geraldine), his 3 grandchildren; April (Sheldon), Mark (Shayvonne), and Nicole (Ryan), and his 5 great grandchildren; Aiden, Nixon, Rocky, Wesley, and Kennedy.
Howard was predeceased by his wife Jane (Alley), granddaughter; Renne, his parents; Annie and George Noel, his brothers; Richard (Dick), and Bertram (Bert), his sisters; Marjorie, Georgie and Maude, also leaving to mourn a large number of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
As expressions of sympathy, flowers and or donations to the Church of The Epiphany in Howard’s memory would be gracefully appreciated by the family.
The family would like to send out a very special thank-you to the ambulance crew and fire department for their very quick response.
In keeping with Howard’s wishes cremation will take place and then the family will be receiving family and friends at the Church of The Epiphany, in Woody Pt, NL, on Wednesday, January 31st, 2024, from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 pm, where also the Memorial service will take place from on Thursday, February 1st, 2024, at 2:00 pm, with Rev Canon Jeffrey Petten officiating, with the inurnment to follow at the family plot of the church cemetery in Woody Pt, NL.
