It is with great sadness that the family of the late Donald William Dennis announce his passing on Thursday, July 4, 2024 at the Western Palliative Care Unit, Corner Brook at the age of 48 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Claudia; children: Cody, Allison, Matthew and Nicholas; sister Caroline (Wayne) Hickey; niece Catherine (Stephen); nephews: Justin (Myra) and Joseph; parents-in-law Iris and Todd Brake; sister-in-law Crystal (Dean) Bullard; brother-in-law Scott Gould; niece Susanne and nephew Benjamin; as well as a large circle of family and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Donald and Ann Dennis. A very special thank you to the Western Palliative Care Unit, Dr. Lafferty and all the nurses and staff for their exceptional care and support. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 218 Curling Street on Monday 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 10 at 2:00 p.m. from St. Mary the Virgin Anglican Church in Curling with Rev. Mickton officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
