It is with great sadness that the family of the late Beverly Austin announces her passing on September 23rd, 2024, at the Long-Term Care, Labrador Health Centre, Happy Valley-Goose Bay, NL, at the age of 66 years.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her daughter, Heather Austin; brother, Charlie Crann; and sister, Edna Adams (Alvin). As well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
Beverly was predeceased by her husband, Derrick Austin; brother, Jack; sister, Gladys; parents, Lill and Bill Crann; father-in-law, Gordon Austin; and mother-in-law, Winnie Austin; as well as her sisters-in-law and brother-in-law.
Friends and family may visit Fillatre Funeral Home, Happy Valley—Goose Bay, NL, on Friday, September 27th, 2024, from the hours of 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
There will be no formal service at this time.
As expressions of sympathy, donations in Beverly’s memory may be made to the “Helping Hands” organization at the Labrador Health Centre, Long-Term Care.
The family wishes to extend special thanks to Dr. Forsey and staff at the Labrador Health Centre, Long-Term Care, as well as to the staff of Fillatre’s Funeral Home.
