Temple Paula
Passed peacefully away after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by her loving family on January 6th, 2024, age 63 years. Predeceased by her mother and father: Rita and Dermot Norman, mother and father-in-law: Josie and Chesley Temple, brother’s in- law: Harvey Temple, Lee Smith and Francis Croft, sister-in-law: Melissa Norman. Left with precious and wonderful memories her loving husband: Ches, son: Chesley (Vicki), sister: Melinda Smith, brothers: Don Norman (Rita), Derm Norman (Kim), sisters in law: Peggy Fitzgerald (Tim), Carrie Croft, Genny Osmond (Edison), nieces: Mackenzie, Haylee, Tanikka, Michelle, Natasha, Julie, Jillian and Lisa, nephews: David, Gavin, Scott and Dwayne, special friend and aunt: Sam. Paula is survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Visitation in Hickey’s Funeral Home, 570 Conception Bay Highway, Conception Bay South, on Thursday, January 11th, 2024, from 12-130 pm. Funeral Service in Hickey’s Memorial Chapel on Thursday, January 11th, 2024, at 2 pm. Special thanks to Nurse Trina, Dr. Alison Drover, Dr. Susan Mac Donald and the many doctors, nurses and staff at the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Centre, and the Palliative Care Unit at the L.A. Miller Centre. Donations in Paula’s memory may be made to the Cancer Society.
