It is with great sadness that we announce the the passing of Ronald Ralph Keats of Glovertown, NL. Ronald passed October 19, 2023, at the age of 76 years old after only recently finding out he had lung cancer.
Ronald was predeceased by his mother and father Mary and Baxter Keats , sister Marjorie Brown
and brother Donald Keats. Leaving to mourn his daughter Jo-Ann, son-in-law Paul Collings, grand children, Cameron and Matthew, brother Baxter Keats , sisters Bessie Holloway and Anne Brown and his loving, dedicated companion, Missy; loyal and loving dog and best friend till the end.
Ron favourite pass times were salmon fishing and riding on his quad. Ron could be seen driving his quad around town with Missy on the back. You would not often see one without the other. His love for his family, his faithful companion, the outdoors and his garden will be fondly remembered by anyone who knew him.
As per his wishes there will be no funeral service or memorial only a graveside farewell. This will be announced at a later date for his family and friends to attend once final arrangements have been made.
