It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Trudy Tucker of Marystown announces her passing. Trudy passed away at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre on August 24, 2024 at the age of 65.
Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of wonderful memories are her finace of 10 years, David Power; mother, Agnes Newhook; son, Cecil (Lesley); daughters, Tonya (Jonathan) and Amy (Danielle); stepson, Evan (Donna); 5 grandchildren, Jayda, Graysen, Ruby, Olivia and Tucker; 4 step grandsons, Ryder, Jayden, Logan and Tanner; her special fur baby, Marco; sisters, Lois (Harvey) and Karen (Terry); brother, Clayton (Nancy); sisters in law, Clo, Doreen, Martha (Cal) and Carol; brothers in law, Derek, Walter (Marguerite) and Phonse (Allan); plus a large circle of extended family and friends.
Trudy was predeceased by her husband, Wayne Tucker and her father Norman Cooper.
In honoring Trudy’s wishes, cremation will take place.
A funeral service will take place at Bethel United Church, Norman Cove’s and inurnment to follow at Bethel United Cemetery, Norman’s Cove will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations made be made to the family in Trudy’s memory.
