It is with heavy hearts the family announces the passing of Mr. Zachary Chmelnyk on Sunday, November 12, 2023, at the age of 33 years. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, November 25, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. held at the Battlefords Agriculture Society with Rev. Janice Trost officiating.
Zach is survived by his children: Zarah Chmelnyk, Sterling Stone; father, Raymond Morrison; partner, Shanythia Stone; brother, Zane Bolig; grandma, Mildred Dyck; half-sister, Candace Chmelnyk; aunts & uncles: Jererd Bolig, Pamela Blommaert (Ryan), Michelle Russell (Jason); cousins: Carlie Bolig (Sam), Mason and Emma Russell, Joely and Nicholas Blommaert; many more aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.
He was predeceased by his mom, Dana Bolig; grandparents: Leo and Bertha Bolig; step-grandfather, Paul Schmidt.
Memorial donations in memory of Zach Chmelnyk can be directed to the Diabetes Association 1300-522 University Ave. Toronto, ON M5G 2R5.
