Obituary of Lester Chaboyer Sr.
Lester Norman Chaboyer Sr. was born in July 1961 in Nipawin, SK to Ernest and Marie Alma Chaboyer. He grew up in Cumberland House, SK. He went to Charlebois School where he completed grade 11, and GDI where he completed grade 12. Lester worked as an electrician until his health failed him. He loved playing bingo and cards and spending time with his grandkids. His best companion was his dog Furby.
Lester was a loving and caring person. He loved all his grandchildren and his sons, Lester, Tyler and Chad. He loved his company with his friends and family, but most of all, he loved spending time at home with all his grandchildren, no matter how messy and loud they could be at times. He would always laugh and enjoy their time together.
Lester was predeceased by his common-law partner, Thelma Lathlin; his daughter, Ashley Chaboyer; his parents, Ernest & Marie Alma (McKay) Chaboyer; his siblings: Grace Thoreson, Denise Crane and Conan Chaboyer.
Lester leaves to cherish his memory, his sons: Lester Chaboyer Jr (Christina), Tyler Lathlin (Thomasina) and Chad Chaboyer (Jade); his grandchildren: Damien, Piper, Micheal, Gabriel, Morgan, Meghan, Thelma, Taylor, Torrence, Tyra, Tyler Jr, Anthony, Heath and Charlotte; his siblings: Raymond (Wilma) Chaboyer, Carl Chaboyer, William Chaboyer, Clara Cook, Ernest (Lorna) Chaboyer, Norma (Clem) Chaboyer, Kathleen (Gillman) Thomas, Stacey (Sunni) Chaboyer; his auntie, Virginia McKay; and numerous nieces/nephews/cousins, too many to mention.
