M. Drew Kendall Moss
Saint-Lazare
February 4, 1954- September 3, 2024
Drew passed away in his home town of Montreal, Quebec at the age of 70 after losing his battle with cancer.
He leaves behind his loving life-long partner of 41 years, Patricia Hales. He will be missed by his three sisters, Dacia Moss (Chuck), Cindy Moss (Caesar, deceased), Pamela Moss (Michel), and his brother Michael Moss (Sheila), as well as his brothers-in-law Bernard (Barbara deceased), Douglas (Nicky), sister in law Heather (Lee), and his nephews Ari, Lucas (Corie), Adrian (Colleen), David (Bethany) Stephen (Jessica), Christopher and nieces Allison (James), Amanda (Michael), Brenda (Andrew), Sandra (Chris), Katherine (Kevin).
Drew earned his Bachelor of Commerce at Concordia University, Montreal and went on to have a successful career working in the finance departments of several companies in Quebec and Ontario.
He and Pat made St Lazare QC their home for the past 29 years to be near nature and horses. In their spare time Drew and Pat shared a love of animals including horses, cats and dogs, though it was always cats that were part of their household. Topper and Eddie were the horses they boarded nearby and rode through the local forest trails and that occupied a lot of their leisure time. Drew had a variety of interests including cars (F1 racing, car shows and his beloved Porsche Cayman), American and British politics, and reading about history and intricate thriller novels.
He requested that his remains be cremated and there will not be a funeral service as per his wishes.
