Outre son épouse, M. Bernier laisse dans le deuil ses fils: François (Annick Audet) et Dave (Kathy Bureau); ses petits-enfants: Alex-Ann, Gabriel et Antoine; sa soeur: Lise; ses belles-soeurs: Josette et Hélène; ses neveux et nièces ainsi que de nombreux parents et amis (es).
La famille tient à remercier tout le personnel des soins à domicile pour les bons soins prodigués.
Selon les dernières volontés de M. Bernier, il n’y aura aucune exposition ni funérailles.
