Predeceased by his son John Jr., his sisters and brothers Jeanne, Maurice, Harvey, Jean-Guy ”Ti-Guy” and Therese. He leaves to mourn his children Lynda (Raymond Forest), Tony (Carole Taillefer), Lorraine (Steve Boenke), Sharon (Marco Caza), Lisa and Cathy, his grandchildren Stephen, Andrea, Sandra, Trevor, Keith, Shawn, Jade, Marco Jr., Jackson, Kelsey, Alicia, Alexis and Makenzie, also many relatives and friends.
