Daryl Hart Obituary
Daryl Maurice Hart of Oxford Centre passed away unexpectedly at home September 26, 2024 in his 64th year.
Born on October 8, 1960 in Woodstock, Daryl was an avid outdoors man, loving to hunt and fish as a member of the Oxford Hunt Club at the Pickerel River. Daryl spent his entire career as a devoted and respected electrician. He was a well known member of the community with many friends whom he played cards, hunted with and just loved to be around. He loved to travel with Chris, Lynn and UB, and spend time with his grandchildren.
Daryl is survived by his wife of 38 years Christine (nee Abbey) and his three daughters and sons-in-law, Jayme & Corey Emerson, Amanda & Ryan Vandergaast and Katrina & Jordan Murray. Daryl leaves behind six cherished grandchildren; Naomi, Aria, Miles, Mallory, Lacey and Cameron. He is also survived by his siblings Darlene(Steve), Lynn(UB) and Rob along with many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents Robert and Ariel Hart.
Friends are invited to join the family for visitation at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock on Tuesday, October 1st, 2024 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm. A Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday at 11am. Interment to follow at Oxford Centre Anglican Cemetery.
