The Lord in his infinite wisdom called his child Karen home on Sunday, May 19, 2024, into the presence of her Saviour, and into the loving arms of her son Matthew (2016). Dearly loved wife of Brad Walker for 38 years. Predeceased by her loving parents Ena (2019) and Len (2024) Hordyk, and her much-loved sister Kimberly Griffioen (2003). Karen will also be missed by her extended family and friends.
Friends are invited to visit with the family at BETHEL CRC, 616 Dundas St. E. (at Kerns Rd.), Waterdown, on Wednesday, May 22, 2024 from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m. Interment BURLINGTON MEMORIAL GARDENS, 3353 Guelph Line, Burlington, on Thursday, May 23, 2024 at 10 a.m., followed by a Celebration of Karen’s Life at BETHEL CRC starting at 11 a.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hamilton District Christian High School as expressions of sympathy.
