Loving father of Aileen (Rick) Mast, Teresa (Gilbert) Comtois, Yvonne Vander Kooi (Douglas Hardie), and Greg Vander Kooi (Erin Watkins). Cherished grandfather of Meghan, Hannah, Heidi, Tanice, Emelie, Luc, Hamish and Sam. Great-grandfather of Lark Sophie and Nora Poppy. Dear brother of †Peter Vander Kooi, †Hettie Schilstra, Ank Kos, and Ate Vander Kooi.
Visitation at KITCHING, STEEPE & LUDWIG FUNERAL HOME, 146 Mill St. N., Waterdown on Sunday, Jan. 28, 2024 from 2-5 p.m. Private family interment at Burlington Memorial Gardens. A Memorial Service will be held at HOLLAND CHRISTIAN HOMES – HERITAGE HALL, 7900 McLaughlin Rd. S., Brampton, on Monday, Jan. 29, 2024 at 2:00 p.m.
