It is with immense sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Brian Cumming at the age of 53, on Saturday, September 14, 2024. Loving husband of Jennifer (nee Tattersall) for over 20 years. Amazing father to Brody and Alexis. Dear son of Dave and Mary Cumming. Beloved brother to Kelly, brother-in-law to Richard, and son-in-law of Linda. Cherished uncle of Alicia, Mackenzie & Jade.
A devoted family man, Brian cherished every moment spent with loved ones, friends, and colleagues. When you needed a car fixed, a horse shelter built or any other task involving hands on labour, Brian was always the first person to call. Brian took pride in always being ready with a joke that could light up the room. His passion for motorcycles was matched only by his enthusiasm for life; he found joy in the open road, the wind in his hair, and his fellow riders. Whether he was making memories with his children or lending a helping hand to his wife and barn family, Brian’s good humor and kind spirit touched everyone he met. He will be deeply missed, but his vibrant personality and infectious laughter will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
Private Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Brian’s Life will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2024 from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m., at KITCHING, STEEPE & LUDWIG FUNERAL HOME, 146 Mill St. N., Waterdown, ON.
