With sadness, we announce the passing of Nicola on October 8, 2024 at the age of 80. Reunited in heaven with his parents Domenico and Maria, his brother Antonio and sister Lucia. Nicola is survived by his sister Anna and Vincenza and his brother Franco. A dear Zio, he will be missed by his 14 nieces and nephews and their families.
Relatives and friends are invited for visitations at Bernardo Funeral Home (2960 Dufferin St., south of Lawrence Ave. W.) on Friday, October 11, 2024 from 2-4, 5-8 PM. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Charles Borromeo Church (811 Lawrence Ave. W., at Dufferin St.) on Saturday, October 12, 2024 – time to be confirmed. Nicola will then be laid to rest at Westminster Cemetery (5830 Bathurst St., north of Finch Ave. W.).
In memory of Nicola, donations may be made to the Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation.
