With sadness, we announce the passing of Maria on October 9, 2024 at the age of 89. Reunited in heaven with her beloved husband Vincenzo (November 25, 2015) and her brother Ugo. Cherished mother to Nancy and Paul and proud nonna to Joseph Guerra and Suzanna Khollari.
Visitation will be held at Bernardo Funeral Homes (2960 Dufferin St., south of Lawrence Ave. W.) on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 from 5-8 PM. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Fidelis Church (33 Connie St. – Rustic Rd., east of Keele St.) on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 at 10:00 AM. Maria will then be laid to rest with her husband back in Villa Santa Maria, Chieti, Italy.
