Passed away peacefully, at the Hospice Wellington in Guelph, surrounded by her daughters, on Saturday, June 15, 2024, at the age of 92. Beloved wife for over 67 years of Murray. Loving mother of Brenda Sherry (Steve), and Sandra Dow (Al Dzieciol). Proud Nana of Kieran (Mia) and Marcus (Lindsay Sackett). Dear sister of Tom Orr (late Jean), and predeceased by siblings Norman Orr (Marie) and Jean Watt (Gary). Kay was the beloved daughter of the late James and Annie Mary Orr, originally from Northern Ireland. Kay will be missed by her many nieces and nephews and dear friends. We send you off with love and gratitude.
Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W., at Windermere, east of the Jane subway, on Monday, June 24 from 5-8 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at St. Giles Kingsway Presbyterian Church, 15 Lambeth Rd., Toronto, on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at 11 am, followed by a reception from 12-2 pm. For those who wish, donations may be made to Hospice Wellington in Guelph, or to St. Giles Kingsway Presbyterian Church.
