It is with great sorrow that the family announces the passing of Jacques Larose on Sunday, November 3, 2024 at Health Sciences North in Sudbury at the age of 85. Dear husband of late Ginette Larose (née Therrien). Loving father of Nancy Larose (Ovila Carrière) and Sandra Larose (Art Weaver). Cherished grandfather of Jessica Larose (Brian Charbonneau); great-grandfather of Leland, Lillymay and Luna Charbonneau, and Alice and Joel of Switzerland. He will be greatly missed by his sister Gisèle Souci, his sisters-in-law Lynne Therrien (Yves) and Claudette Therrien (Fernand) and by his brother-in-law Yves Therrien (Joanne). Jacques was predeceased by his parents Edmond and Yvonne (née Bouchard) Larose as well as by 8 siblings. The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 9, 2024, from 12 p.m. (noon) to 1 p.m. at Notre-Dame-de-la-Paix Church. A memorial service will follow at 1 p.m., with a reception in the parish hall afterwards. Remembrance donations to the charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.

Cher époux de feue Ginette Larose (née Therrien). Père aimant de Nancy Larose (Ovila Carrière) et Sandra Larose (Art Weaver). Cher grand-père de Jessica Larose (Brian Charbonneau) et arrière-grand-mère de Leland, Lillymay et Luna Charbonneau et d’Alice et Joel de la Suisse. Il laisse également dans le deuil sa sœur Gisèle Souci, ses belles-sœurs Lynne Therrien (Yves) et Claudette Therrien (Fernand) et son beau-frère Yves Therrien (Joanne). Jacques fût prédécédé par ses parents Edmond et Yvonne (née Bouchard) Larose ainsi que par 8 frères et sœurs. La famille recevra les condoléances le samedi 9 octobre 2024 de midi à 13 h à la Paroisse Notre-Dame-de-la-Paix.
