C’est avec tristesse que la famille de M. Daniel Labelle annonce son décès à l’Hôpital de Timmins et du district, le jeudi 4 avril 2024 à l’âge de 63 ans. Époux bien-aimé de Céleste (née Dumoulin) et cher papa de Tammy (Dee Jay) Muir-Kramp. Grand-papa adoré de Jordyn, Teegan et Trinity. Il laisse dans le deuil sa mère Claudette Labelle. Frère de Diane Savage (Tom), Chantal Poirier (Remi) et Natalie Labelle (Darren Bennett) ainsi que ses beaux-frères et belles-soeurs Lisa Veilleux (Godfroy), Rose Hennigar (Melvin), Gilbert Dumoulin (Sue), Monique Dumoulin (feu Julien), Diane Lapointe (Tino), Wayne Houde (feue Louise) et Donat Dumoulin (Joanne) sans oublier plusieurs nièces et neveux. Il est survécu par son copain, son chien; Cooper. Prédécédé par son père Yvan Labelle, ses beaux-parents Alcide & Irene Dumoulin, sa belle-soeur Madeleine Brazeau (Roger) et son beaux-frère Eugène Dumoulin.
La famille tient à remercier les médecins et infirmiers (ères) de TADH Med B et de l’Hospice qui ont donné d’excellent soins à Daniel durant son séjour à l’hôpital.
Daniel était un passionné de voiture et une personne qui adorait le plein air. La chasse, le camping et la pêche étaient ses passe-temps favoris. Il aimait être entouré de gens et avoir une bonne conversation avec tous ceux qui l’entouraient. Mais, ce qu’il adorait le plus était de jouer aux cartes avec sa famille quand il pleuvait dehors.
Selon ses souhaits, l’incinération a eu lieu. En sa mémoire, des dons commémoratifs à la Fondation du foie ou à la Fondation du rein seraient grandement appréciés. The family announces with great sorrow his passing at the Timmins and District Hospital on Thursday, April 4, 2024 at the age of 63 years. Beloved husband of Celeste (nee Dumoulin) and loving father of Tammy (Dee Jay) Muir-Kramp. Cherished grandpa of Jordyn, Teegan and Trinity. Left to mourn by his mother Claudette Labelle. Dear brother of Diane Savage (Tom), Chantal Poirier (Remi) and Natalie Labelle (Darren Bennett). He also leaves his brothers and sisters-in-laws; Lisa Veilleux (Godfroy), Rose Hennigar (Melvin), Gilbert Dumoulin (Sue), Monique Dumoulin (late Julien), Diane Lapointe (Tino), Wayne Houde (late Louise) and Donat Dumoulin (Joanne) as well as many nieces and nephews. He is survived by his fur baby Cooper. Predeceased by his father Yvan Labelle, parents-in-law Alcide & Irene Dumoulin, his sister-in-law Madeleine Brazeau (Roger) and his brother-in-law Eugene Dumoulin. The family would like to express many thanks to the staff of TADH Med B, hospice and to all the doctors who gave Daniel excellent care during his illness.
Daniel was an avid car guy and a man who loved the outdoors. Hunting, camping and fishing were some of his favorite pass-times. He enjoyed being around people and having a good conversation with whomever was around him. Most of all, he loved playing cards with his family on rainy days.
As per his wishes, cremation has taken place. In his memory, remembrance donations to the Liver Foundation or Kidney Foundation would be greatly appreciated. The funeral arrangements are entrusted with the MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION AND RECEPTION CENTRE, 150 Balsam St. S., Timmins Ontario.
