Suddenly, at her home in Tillsonburg on Wednesday, May 8, 2024, Joanne Ethel Fraser (McClain) passed away at the age of 56 years. Beloved wife and best friend of Mike for 14 years. Proud and loving mother of Carla (Charles), Micheal (Dan), Jessica (J.P.). Cherished “Ma” of Emily, Connor, Aiden, Brooklyn, Brittany, Christopher and Saoirse. Loving daughter of Ken and daughter-in-law of Donna. Dear sister of Ken Jr., Deb, Roger (Missy), Julie (Bill) and Joanne will also be missed by her many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her mother Leanor and sister Nancy. In keeping with Joanne’s wishes, cremation has taken place and inurnment will be held at Courtland Baptist Cemetery. Memorial donations to The Friends of Algonquin Park may be made directly online (algonquinpark.on.ca) or by contacting Ostrander’s Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg (519-842-5221) who have been entrusted by Joanne’s family.
