Jay passed away peacefully while surrounded by his family on Thursday, September 28, 2023, at the age of 62 years. Jay Fletcher of Keswick, beloved husband of Anna Consiglio. Loving father of Tristian and Deanna and stepfather of Chantelle (Adam), Joseph and Michael (Connie), Grandpa of Rebecca, Elie and Angelina. Dear brother of Andie (Steve). Fondly remembered by his extended family and many friends. Cremation has taken place. Arrangements in care of the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Memorial donations to the Stronach Cancer Centre would be appreciated by the family. Memorial condolences may be made at www.forrestandtaylor.com
