Peacefully at Muskoka Landing in Huntsville on Thursday May 23, 2024. Paul, beloved husband of the late Linda was in his 79th year.
Dear father of Jeff Maki (Angela).
Proud Poppa of Kayla and Jessica Maki and great grandson Kingston.
Brother of Shirley McManus (Denis), Allan (Hope), Sylvia Romanko (late Fred); predeceased by brothers Wayne and Ed (late Sylvia) and his parents Wenner and Martha Maki.
Paul will be fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, other family, and friends. His love of his grandchildren, skill as an equipment operator, hard-working nature and quick wit will never be forgotten.
The family will receive visitors at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Dempster Chapel, 210 Ontario Street in Burk’s Falls on Tuesday May 28, 2024, from 11am until 1pm. A service to celebrate Paul’s life will follow in the chapel commencing at 1pm with Rev. Penny Brandt officiating.
Interment in Sprucedale Cemetery.
