It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the passing of Fernand Claude St. Amour of Sudbury, on June 26, 2024 at the age of 76 years. Son of the late Paul and Thérèse St. Amour (Plante). Survived by his wife Thérèse Roy and predeceased by his second wife Diane St. Amour (Regimbal). Loving father of his son Paul St. Amour, his daughter Roxanne St. Amour (Kevin) and his son Armand St. Amour (Destiny Jane). Grandchildren Samantha, Grace, Cody, Robert, Nolan and Klaus. Dear brother of Andy (late Sandra and late Carol) St. Amour, Jacqueline (Gilbert) Legault, and Diane Tremblay (Richard). Predeceased by his siblings Eximère St. Amour and Dolorese (Henry) Gash. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives, friends, the Regimbal family and the Picard family. Fern worked at Pioneer Manor for 30 years. He loved his co-workers and the residents. Even after he retired, he would tell us funny stories of his time there. His real passions were his children and grandchildren. He also loved animals, fishing, wrestling and scary movies. He really enjoyed his camp; it was his go to so he could relax with nature and the animals. We are grateful he is at peace and in no more pain. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd, Sudbury, Friday, July 5, 2024 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., followed by a funeral service at 8 p.m.
