Obituary of Andrew Ray Mallalieu
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Andrew (Andy) Ray Mallalieu at Victoria Hospital on September 30, 2024 at the age of 70.
Andy was born and raised in St. Marys and had recently moved to Stratford.
Son of the late Ray (1974) and Shirley Mallalieu (2014).
Loving husband of Mora (Benny) of St. Marys for 40 years. Dear father of Cheryl Iacobelli (Peet), Kathy Brekelmans (Jason), Richard Spearin, Mike Mallalieu (Andrea) and Amanda Mallalieu (Jesse). Survived by 7 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
Deeply missed by his sister Kathy (Peter) Holden and brother Gary (Cynthia) Mallalieu and their families.
Predeceased by his in-laws Jack and Tess Benny.
Remembered by the extended Benny families.
Cremation has taken place.
Visitation at the Andrew L. Hodges Funeral Home, 47 Wellington St. S, St. Marys, on Monday. Oct. 7, from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Memorial Service will be conducted at the St. Marys United Church, 85 Church St. S. St. Marys, on Tuesday, Oct. 8th at 2 p.m with visitation 1 hour prior.
Interment in St. Marys Cemetery. Reception following at the St. Marys United Church Hall.
