It is with overwhelming sadness and broken hearts to announce the passing of our dear Louise Bonham. Loise was born in Montreal 1944, she passed peacefully on August 10th, 2024 in her 81st year. Predeceased by her husband of 50 years, Bruce Ford Bonham (2015). Mother to the late Brandon Bruce Bonham (2018), She will be deeply missed by her daughter Jacquelyn, her sisters Edith (Terry), Micheline (Mike), Suzanne, her loving brother the late Michael Boyle. Devoted Aunt to Kristine, Brenda, Susan, Steven, Vincent, Scott and always holding in her heart her niece Terri. Louise will be remembered fondly by her many friends. Her greatest joy was being surrounded by family and friends. Sister outings to the casino, weekly domino game days to much fun. Going for breakfast and thrifting was true enjoyment. A true love of cats “Siamese” being her go to. So overjoyed her cherished cat Princess was adopted by her friends who shower her with the love as she did. Brought a smile and made her so happy. Louise loved going for walks around her home, loving everything Port Dalhousie. She has many fond memories stemming from the 1950’s. In aw the merry go round where her father operated many years ago, is still a nickel ride. Picnics at Happy Rolphs, The Parkway (Locust Grove) Her best. Long backroad country drives to spot wildlife, a favorite, Yearly holidays to Rocky Neck Massachusetts, the greatest times ever. Louise was very happy go lucky lady, with a kind heart. Always putting the shoe on the other foot, (Don’t sweat the small stuff”. She looked at lice with a few inspirational words, “kool, kool, everything is kool”. Lousie will be celebrated with a picnic surrounded by her family friends. Cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to PASSFIELD MORTUARY SERVICES. Thank you to the teams in Oncology, and Walker Clinic for your hands on genuine care, you provided her days with positive thoughts, making chemo trips an adventure. To Hospice Niagara for your extreme kindness, loving environment, you are family. To all who provided Louise care thank you for what you do, and thank you for who you are. You are very special. Lousie will be so sadly missed, she will be in our hearts always. In lieu of flower, donations to Hospice Niagara will be greatly appreciated.
