Peacefully, on Sunday, June 2, 2024, at Bluewater Health – C.E.E, Willard West passed away at the age of 89. Dear brother of the late Bruce (the late Marg) West and Myrt (Bill) Boyington. Cherished uncle of Bill (Linda) Boyington, Cathy (Ron) Davidson, Barb Crowell (Craig), Bob (Heather) West, Dan Boyington, Bill (Sue) West, Margie (Mike) Gilfoyle and Mike West, and great-uncle of many. Woody worked for A&P and Park Lane Chevrolet for many years. He was a longtime member of the Moore Agricultural Society (Brigden Fair), Sarnia Street Machines and Sarnia REACT. Woody will be missed by all those who knew and loved him. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at Smith Funeral Home, 1576 London Line, Sarnia, on Saturday, June 8, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. with family and friends being received one hour prior to service. Sympathy may be expressed through donations to Bluewater Health Foundation (cheques only at the funeral home please).
