Peacefully at Hospice Renfrew on July 18, 2024. Cherished husband of Noma Fitzgibbon. Loving father to David Deshane, Laurie (Jim Millar). Proud Poppie and sadly missed by Nathan Deshane (Julie Obal), Curtis Millar (Melissa Rhode), Sarah Millar. Great Grandpa of Jacqueline Deshane, Macie and Katie Millar.
Predeceased by parents Arnold and Eva Deshane. Brother of Lillian (ate Bernard), Arnold (Nancy), Ron Deshane (late Dorothy), Irene (Lloyd), and the late Marilyn (Mike) and Anna (Donald).
Also fondly remembered by brotherinlaw Bob Fitzgibbon (Goldie), Donnie and the late Harry (Brenda).
Retired from Canadian National Railways after 37 years and longtime member of the Ontario Fur Managers Federation and the Renfrew Fur Council.

Jack’s final care has been entrusted to Zohr Family Funeral Home, Renfrew where visitation will be held on Sunday, July 21, 2024 from 6:00 – 9:00pm. A brief visitation will take place on Monday morning from 9:30 until 10:30am. A Funeral Service will be celebrated at Trinity St. Andrew’s United Church at 11:00am. Reception to follow at the Renfrew Curling Club. A private family Interment will be held at the Admaston Cemetery.
