McKENZIE, Kelly Jean (nee Slack) of Port Dover, passed away at Norfolk General Hospital on Friday, September 6, 2024 in her 60th year. Cherished wife of David “Burg” Amberger. Loving mother of Ritchie (Michelle) McKenzie of Delhi, Adam McKenzie of Port Dover, Derek (Kara) McKenzie of Deep River and Skylar (Tim) Amberger of Port Dover. Dearly loved sister of Chris (Rhonda) Martin of Grimsby, Bradley Martin of Simcoe, Brenda (Trevor) Cherry of Waterford, Leslie (Brian) McKenzie of Hagersville, Amanda (Jay) Ings of Brantford and Melissa (Len) Biggin of Manitouwadge. Proud and loving grandmother of 11. She will be sadly missed by her nieces and nephews and other extended family. Kelly was predeceased by her parents David Slack and Christine Martin. In keeping with Kelly’s wishes, cremation has taken place and all services will be private. Arrangements have been entrusted to THOMPSON WATERS FUNERAL HOME, 519-583-1530.
