BRUNEAU, Edgar Maurice: Passed away peacefully at Margaret Bahan Hospice, Newmarket on Friday, June 21, 2024 in his 85th year. Edgar, loving and devoted father of Charlotte Bruneau (Kyle Panama), Tiffany Bauer (Jonathan), Monica White (Dean), Phil Bruneau, Michael Bruneau, and predeceased by his daughters Tracey and Kimberley Bruneau also by his brother Albert Bruneau (Suellen). Cherished Grandfather of Pearl, Addison, Ethan, August, Lorelei, Jana, Wolfgang, Tiara, Selena, Joel, Erica and Steven. Dear brother of Jean Jones (Bob), Gerald Bruneau (Cindy), Roland Bruneau (Jeanette), Cecile Bruneau (Les), Loretta Billings (Jack), Irene Bruneau-Bellefeuille (Eddie). Remembered lovingly by his many nieces and nephews. Son of the late Philbert Bruneau and Rose-anne. Edgar was a lifelong lover of music, particularly Country music. He was an accomplished guitar player, both acoustic and electric and would often be found in his local pubs entertaining the patrons. Relatives and friends and friends are invited to Edgar’s Memorial Service in the Chapel of Highland Park Funeral Centre, 2510 Bensfort Rd., Peterborough on Tuesday, July 2nd at 1:30 pm followed by a light luncheon in Highland Park Reception Centre. Interment Little Lake Cemetery. In memory of Edgar, donations to The Canadian Cancer Society or Your local Elderly friendly Facility would be appreciated by his family.
