David Watson Obituary
WATSON, David Lloyd Ross -Retired 42 year employee of General Electric, as well as another 14 years at Holiday Pines Trailer Park working for Brenda and Wayne. Working at the trailer park was his golden years of retirement. On Thursday, April 11, 2024 in his 74th year, David passed away at home doing what he loved to do, which was puttering around his house. He was the beloved husband of Audrey (nee McMahon) for 54 years. Loving father of Michael Watson and his wife Sarah. Brent Watson and his partner Kelly Graham. Recently, David just became a proud Grandpa to Lainey (daughter of Mike and Sarah), whom he absolutely adored. David will be missed by all, as he had a huge heart and was a loving man. He will especially be missed by his best friend Willow, his English Springer Spaniel. In accordance with David’s wishes, there will be no wake or funeral. Cremation has taken place. David wanted everyone to remember him for who he was and not where he is. In memory of David and in lieu of flowers, donations to Campbellford Memorial Hospital or the Peterborough Humane Society would be appreciated by the family.
