Doug Campbell Obituary
Passed away peacefully at Brightshores Health System, Owen Sound, on Tuesday, September 24, 2024. Born in Sullivan Township on Tuesday, May 29, 1934, Douglas Howard Campbell of Owen Sound, was in his 91st year.
Beloved husband and best friend of Donna Campbell (nee Schildroth). Loving father of Lisa Clayton (David) of Kitchener, Scott Campbell (Maracelle) of Waterdown and Steven Campbell of Cambridge. Cherished grandfather of Isaac Campbell. Dear brother of Donal Campbell (Elizabeth) and brother-in-law of Raymond Schildroth (Sharon). Doug will also be missed by his nieces, nephews and friends.
Predeceased by his parents Reuban and Laura Campbell, his daughter Lori Laronde, and his sister Anna Sutton.
A memorial service to celebrate Doug’s life will be held at Brian E. Wood Funeral Home, Owen Sound, 519-376-7492, on Saturday, October 5, 2024 at 11 a.m. with visitation one hour prior. Interment in Shiloh Cemetery will follow the service.
