It is with deep sorrow and much sadness that we mourn the sudden passing of our loving and caring Mom, grandmother, sister, and aunt, Gyslène Carrière, on September 21, 2023, at the age of 65.
She leaves behind her adored children Josyane (Mike), Sophia (Nicolas) and Natalie (Nicholas), and her beloved grandchildren, the late Aaria, Aubrey, Amaya, Arielle, and Noémie.
She is the daughter of her dearly departed parents Claudette and Roland Carrière. She leaves in sorrow her brothers Gilles (Sonia), and Andre; as well as her loving nieces and nephews Brigitte (Mike), Natasha (Vanessa), Stephanie (Ben), and Cory (Angela).
Gyslène was the matriarch of the family, the glue that held her family together, and nothing will be the same without her. She will be greatly missed by her family, friends, and colleagues. May she rest in peace.
Gyslène’s Celebration Day will be held at Bob MacQuarrie Recreation Complex, Hall A on Saturday, October 14th, 2023, from 2pm to 4pm.

C’est avec grande tristesse que nous vous annoncons le décès soudain de notre chère maman, grandmaman, soeur et tante, Gyslène Carrière, le 21 septembre 2023, à l’âge de 65.
Elle laisse dans le deuil ses enfants Josyane (Mike), Sophia (Nicolas) et Natalie (Nicholas), ainsi que ses petits-enfants feu Aaria, Aubrey, Amaya, Arielle et Noémie.
Elle fut la fille de feu Claudette et de feu Roland Carrière. Elle laisse également ses frères Gilles (Sonia) et Andre, ainsi que ses nièces et neveux Brigitte (Mike), Natasha (Vanessa), Stephanie (Ben) et Cory (Angela).
Gyslène était la matriarche de la famille, le ciment qui nous unissait, et rien ne serait pareil sans elle. Elle manquera beaucoup à sa famille, ses amis et ses collègues. Quelle repose en paix.
Une célébration de la vie de Gyslène aura lieu au Complex récréatif Bob MacQuarrie, Salle A, le samedi 14 octobre 2023 de 14h à 16h.
