It is with broken hearts that we announce Erin’s sudden passing at home on Sunday September 24th, 2023, at the age of 42. Born in Orillia, Erin is predeceased by her parents David and Marjorie Burtch. Beloved wife of Wayne Singleton. Loving mother of Noah, Jonathon; stepmother of Devon, Michael (Jessica), and Celeste. Chosen mother of Celeste. Chosen grandmother of Paige, Charlotte, and Deacon. Dear sister of Allan Smith and Chris Burtch. Erin will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Cremation has taken place, a memorial service will be held at the Simcoe Funeral Home, 38 James St E. Orillia on Fridy October 6th 2023 at 1:00 p.m. Interment St. Andrew’s St. James’ Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to Ontario SPCA Orillia, the Lighthouse Soup Kitchen and Shelter or to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
