Passed away from an unexpected heart attack on October 18th, 2023. Beloved husband to Jeanette, and cherished father to Sarah (Andrew) Nisbet and Edison (Rebecca) Marshall. David was a cherished grandpa to Eli, Everly, Ethan, Lincoln and Theo. David will be deeply missed by his sibling Bernie (Pam), brother-in-law Greg (Peggy) and brother-in-law Marty. David will be missed by his many nieces and nephews.
Dave was a proud Lions member and former Physics lab demonstrator at Trent University. He will be remembered for his creativity and scientific mind. He always had a joke to tell and loved making people laugh. His personality and presence will be greatly missed by his family, friends and the Norwood community.
Arrangements have been entrusted to THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOME – NORWOOD CHAPEL. A Celebration of Life will take place on November 4th, 2023 at the Norwood Town Hall (2357 County Rd 45, Norwood) from 3:00 PM till 7:00PM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Norwood Lions Club or to the Lions of Canada Dog Guides, directly or by contacting Hendren Funeral Home at 705-639-5322 or by visiting www.hendrenfuneralhome.com.
